This six pin set was made by the Canadian company Laurie Artiss Ltd. for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah. Each pin in the set includes a hockey player in various poses as well as the flag of one of the following nations: Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Russia, Sweden and the United States. Unfortunately, the set was not a complete participating nations set because it did not include pins for the eight other nations that competed in the Games: Belarus, Germany, Latvia, Ukraine, Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia or France. During the 2002 Games, I was able to obtain this set for $22.00 USD, though I have seen it sell for $70.00 USD since that time.
